Résumé
The poster represents the Prophet Muhammad under which is an arabic transcription saying “Muhammad, Prophet of Allah”. The caption says : “name of the work : Muhammad Amin, Muhammad the virtuous”. In the foreground is painted a cave whose entry is sealed by a spider web. This cave is where Muhammad took refuge during his escape from Mecca to Madina. According to stories, a spider spun a web and a dove took place in the entrance in his nest, which convinced the men who were chasing the Prophet that no one could be inside the cave.

L’affiche représente le prophète Mohammad, sous lequel figure une inscription pouvant être traduite par « Mohammad le prophète d’Allah ». L’affiche est légendée : « Nom de l’œuvre : Mohammad Amin, Mohammad le probe ». À l’arrière-plan est peinte une grotte dont l’entrée est fermée par une toile d’araignée. Cette grotte est celle où Mohammad se réfugia sur le chemin de sa fuite de La Mecque à Médine. Selon les récits, une araignée tissa sa toile et une colombe se mit dans son nid à l’entrée pour couver, ce qui persuada les hommes qui pourchassaient le prophète que personne ne pouvait se trouver à l’intérieur de la grotte.
